Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Business OS.
Effective date: August 20, 2026
1. Agreement and operator
Business OS is operated by Ilan Baruch in Israel. By accessing or using Business OS, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Business OS provides operational tools for service-based businesses, including organization, client, scheduling, activity, product, service, payment, reporting, communication, and integration workflows. Features may change as the service develops.
3. Accounts and organization access
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Organization owners and authorized managers are responsible for granting, reviewing, and removing team access and for ensuring that users act within their authority.
4. Customer data and responsibilities
You and your organization retain responsibility for information submitted to Business OS. You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to collect, use, and instruct us to process that information, including client, employee, payment, health-related, or other sensitive operational information.
You are responsible for the accuracy of records and for independently verifying schedules, payments, notices, reports, and other operational outputs before relying on them.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Business OS unlawfully; interfere with or probe the service; bypass access controls; access another organization's data without authorization; introduce malicious code; misuse third-party integrations; infringe rights; or use the service to harass, deceive, or harm others.
6. Google Calendar integration
The Google Calendar integration is optional and must be connected by an authorized organization owner or manager. When enabled, Business OS may create, update, and remove events in the connected calendar to reflect Business OS activities. You are responsible for choosing the correct Google account and reviewing synchronized events.
You may disconnect the integration in Settings or revoke access through Google. Google services are provided by Google and are governed by Google's applicable terms and policies.
7. Third-party services
Business OS depends on third-party hosting, authentication, communication, and integration services. Their availability and behavior are outside our control, and your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to operate a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We may impose reasonable limits to protect security and service stability.
9. Intellectual property
Business OS and its software, design, and branding are owned by the operator or applicable licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for authorized business purposes. They do not transfer ownership of Business OS intellectual property.
10. Termination and data requests
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful activity, or nonpayment under an applicable commercial agreement. Requests concerning account data or deletion may be sent to ilan.b@outlook.com.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Business OS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without implied warranties. Business OS is an operational tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, or financial advice.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer or privacy law provides otherwise.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or law. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means. Questions may be sent to ilan.b@outlook.com.
